When I pedal fast, or for a long time, I notice that the hub gets really hot - why is that? |
| |
This is normal and is caused by the resistance setting. The resistance is actually creating friction between the hub and the axle of the Pedlar®, which builds up heat that is trapped inside the hub. We recommend that you be sure no one touches the hub until it has had time to cool adequately after use. |
